The QA Guitars Iyr Spalted. This is the prototype for the Iyr model guitars. Hand made in the USA guitar is a mahogany body with a spalted ink line ambrosia maple top, 50s profile chunky maple neck with wenge fret board, 25.75 scale with 10" radius, 22 stainless steel frets and bone nut, QA tuners, Hipshot string through body bridge, 550k CTS pots, F-Dyne caps, Gavitt braided wire, Switchcraft output jack and switch, 50s style knobs, and PNAF pickups with Alnico 3 long magnets and a thin skin lacquer finish. Set up with a very low action it plays amazingly well and is extremely resonant, and is an absolute tone monster.  Weighing in at just over 7 lbs it is a pleasure to play.
