Guitar Bazaar is operated by QA Holdings Inc. a Wyoming Corporation and has been in buisiness since 2005. Although we are primarily an online retailer of guitars and parts. We do repairs, maintenance etc. on guitars only. We offer the finest in vintage guitars and new guitars, as well as parts and gear at reasonable prices. We also manufacture our own line QA Guitars. Every instrument we offer has been fully checked out and adjusted and set up by our in house staff to insure you the best possible instrument before you purchase it. Frets on guitars have been dressed and polished or leveled and crowned if needed, action, truss rod and intonation adjustments are perfectly done on each and every guitar we sell to insure a playability that is second to none. Each guitar receives a fresh set of strings before being shipped and we have been accepted as a dealer for Tomastik Infeld strings and each guitar we sell will be set up with them because we want you to have the absolute best. Our knowledge and description of each item goes far beyond the appearance factors. We actually play each guitar in order to develop a better understanding of that particular instrument! We do it the old school way and have a personal opinion of each guitar because we have taken the time to know each guitar we sell to you. Of course having an online shop has it's challenges in giving you that personal attention that our customers deserve we are available during business hours by e-mail and phone. We can even schedule a Skype conference so you may take a closer look at instruments. Our shop hours are Tuesday thru Saturday from 9am to 5pm (Phoenix time), however guitars may be shown locally by appointment only.
Pricing
We strive to give you the best pricing and information on the particular instrument you wish to purchase. In order to get this information we inspect and play each instrument extensively in order to price each instrument accordingly. Most guitars are priced in accordance with published or appraised information, there are however some pieces however that due to their rarety that are priced due to demand and supply.

A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, to arrange other payment please contact us. Personal checks must be approved by us in advance and will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, YOU MUST HAVE THE PURCHASE APPROVED AHEAD OF TIME just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Return / Refund Policy
All our items are inspected and evaluated and are accurately described to the best of our knowledge. We make every effort to insure the accuracy of the descriptions however we advise the buyer to exercise their own due diligence when purchasing . Ask questions! We will be more than happy to answer any questions you may have before purchasing bot through email and phone. We can even schedule a Skype call to give you a "live look at your purchases. Every item we sell is carefully packed and insured before it is shipped. If merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact us and the carrier immediately after your package arrives, all items are insured to the buyer. Damages during shipping are the responsibility of the carrier. For a Return Merchandise Authorization number pleas call us. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order by the original buyer and must include an RMA number. Returns are limited to the original purchaser. Shipping charges will not be refunded return shipping is paid by the buyer. Returned products must be in absolutely the same packaging and condition as when shipped for refund and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will not be given unless accompanied by an RMA number.
Shipping Information
Please make note that our shipping charges also include insurance to protect your investment during transit. All items are shipped USPS, or Fedex signature required within three business days from receipt of payment, shipping insurance is not required on all items, however can be purchased, and is recommended. Alternative shipping may be arrange by calling us. At this time we will only ship within the continental US.
